a fine dining Italian restaurant and delicatessen located just 5 minutes drive from Stansted airport, close to Great Dunmow and Bishop Stortford. Free parking available up to 3 hours.

 

We are open for indoor seating and takeaway collections.

We pride ourselves in serving high quality and handmade Italian food, prepared from scratch in our restaurant by our executive chef Paolo. His 40 years of experience in culinary goodness and incredible worldwide curriculum can be tasted at every bite.

 

Throughout the years, Paolo has opened fine dining restaurants in Paris, Berlin, Quebec, Moscow and Beirut and has performed consultations for inflight catering aviation globally. Previously, he was a private chef for architect Norman Foster and private-jet company owner Thomas Flohr.

 

La Bontà is the culmination of Paolo’s distinctive expertise and our dedication in ensuring that his talents can be enjoyed in a friendly and elegant environment.
